• We are unable to answer questions regarding your credit card payment. That decision is determined by the payment processing network and their communication with the banks that issue credit cards.  Please contact your credit or debit card issuer for assistance.

• I'm sorry, but I am currently unable to create custom designs or logos, and I can't resize, edit, or add text to existing designs.  As much as I wish I could help everyone who asks that wouldn't leave any time to create fun, new designs!
