There are 2 ways to access your files.  First, an email is automatically sent to your registered email.  It will look like this:

Simply click on the link to download your design.

You can also download your order from your order history. 

From the homepage, select "your account" from the menu box on the right side of the page.  You might need to login first.

Next, select "order history"

You'll be taken to a list of orders.  You can click on the order number or "view order".
