Satisfaction

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase.  If you have ANY difficulties either with the files (unzipping, etc...) or stitching our designs,
please contact us and we will work with you until you achieve the desired results.

If you ordered the same item twice, please email us with the order numbers of the duplicate purchases and we will be happy to send you another design of your choice or issue a full refund for one of the purchases. If you ordered a single design twice you can choose another single. If you ordered a set twice you can choose another set, or you may request a full refund.

Refunds

Due to the digital nature or our products, refunds are only issued for duplicate purchases.  Otherwise, all sales are final, but we are always happy to help answer any questions or you have about our files.
