Refunds and Exchanges

Due to the digital nature of our products, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

We cannot offer refunds for these purchases. Our product descriptions are detailed, and our designs are clearly listed as digital files for embroidery machines. We are unable to process refunds for customers who do not fully read the product descriptions. We appreciate your understanding and encourage you to reach out if you have any questions prior to making a purchase.

In the event you accidentally order the same design twice, simply submit a ticket with the order number of the duplicate purchase, and we'll be glad to send you an alternative design of your choice. If you've purchased a single design twice, you can select another single design. For duplicate font orders, we will allow you to choose another font.
